A few tidbits of information: 

Team Suits 
Suits are available for pick-up.  Please make sure you have paid for the suit in advance.  If you asked me to charge your card on file, or if you paid prior to 2:00pm today, I will have you on a list as paid.  If you pay for your suit after 2:00pm today, please bring your receipt.  I will be available from 3:00 to 3:30 today, and between 5:00 and 5:15 to distribute suits.  Tomorrow a parent has volunteered to help distribute suits from 5:00-6:15 tomorrow.  That should allow us to service all groups.  The Elite group swimmers will be given their suits at practice.  

Ribbons
Ribbons are available for pick up just outside the double doors to the pool on the left hand side.  PLEASE DO NOT TAKE RIBBON ENVELOPES!  If a ribbon is incorrect or missing please let me know.  

Next Meet
Our next meet is November 11th at the Buckhead YMCA.  Please RSVP as soon as you can so I can begin working on the line-up.  Because this is an away meet, I must strictly follow our timeline and cannot take late entries.  The deadline is Nov 5th.  I need a responses even if you cannot attend the meet.  

T-shirts and caps: 

T-shirts are scheduled to arrive on Thursday.  We will begin handing them out next week.  Caps have been ordered and more information will be coming about distribution.
